Duos@Grain - Chef Dinner Series
Grain On The Rocks welcomes area chef, Paul Cullen to its kitchen for a truly spectacular evening event!
Chef Jess Wallen, recognized as one of Delaware’s Queen of Cuisine by Delaware Today has partnered with local Chef/Sommelier/Rock Star, Paul Cullen to create a delightful menu of food and wine.
Paul Cullen, the owner and operator of Paul’s Kitchen in Lewes, has been creating in-home dining experiences - serving over 10,000 guests in kitchens world-wide, including Nashville, Chicago, Italy and Costa Rica. He recently expanded his restaurant to include room for another of Paul’s love - Live Music.
Chef’s Wallen and Cullen will be coming out of the kitchen throughout the dinner to share stories and participate in a Q&A with attendees during dessert. After dinner, Paul — a former bass guitarist with the rock group "Bad Company", will perform a concert featuring relaxing originals and jazzy takes on Bad Company tunes.
